I enjoyed the movie in terms of the comedy and the characterizations, but I was extremely sorry that I brought my grandchildren to see it because of the dangerously naive message it conveys: If we are kind and understanding to our enemies, they will stop fighting us and become our friends. This is lovely in fantasy realms, but does anyone really believe it will work in the real world? Look at where this kind of thinking got Neville Chamberlain and Europe in WWII. I would not recommend this movie unless you want your kids and grandkids to be indoctrinated into allowing people to walk all over them.
