I got the product within the time frame they said it would arrive. When I played it the first time, it skipped about three or four times. I have not had a chance to run it again to see if it was just a first time fluke, but I knew it was used when I baught it, so I suppose that's kind of my fault =pGet more detail about Transformers (Two-Disc Special Edition + BD Live) [Blu-ray].
